New gi for my black bet

I have been practising karate for 4 years and am approaching my black belt test at the end of April - not not only did this heavier gi just look so much better, the pants weren't sticking to me no matter how sweaty I was getting in class. A++
Go also arrived promptly and great customer service.

Reasonably priced quality gi. Watch out! Sizing is iff

I've been looking for a more reasonably prices heavy kata gi that I won't hesitate to wear to every practice. This gi fits perfectly. The 12 oz cotton feels food and it doesn't shrink after washing (mind the temperature!). The posted size chart is weird and seems off. Go with the usual sizing, i.e. size 4 for 170 cm, etc. Keep in mind that it' is a traditional cut, so it has shorter sleeves and pants and a longer jacket. This is exactly what I expected.
Unfortunately, we had a problem with one gi.
We ordered 2 gis in sizes 4 and 5 for my husband and me. My Size 4 is perfect (I am 170 cm tall). My husband's size 5 looked oddly short. When compared, the two gis turned out to be exactly the same size, despite being labelled differently. I'll be contacting the store for options.
